Privacy policy
Last updated: January 1, 2026. Your information belongs to you: here's what we collect, why, and how you stay in control, in line with Quebec's Law 25.
1. What we collect
- What you give us directly: name, company, email address and the content of your message or quote request.
- Technical browsing data — truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited — but only if you've consented to analytics cookies.
- Your language and privacy preferences, kept locally in your browser.
2. Why we collect it
- To answer your questions and prepare a quote.
- To deliver and manage the services you entrust to us.
- To keep the site secure and running smoothly.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, only with your consent.
We never sell your information, and we don't use it for automated profiling that would lead to a decision about you.
3. Your consent
Nothing non-essential is turned on without your explicit agreement. You can change your mind anytime, as often as you like.
4. Who else has access
A handful of suppliers process data on our behalf: web hosting, email delivery, audience measurement and cloud services, including Microsoft. Each is bound by contract and may only use your information for agreed purposes. When a supplier hosts data outside Quebec, a privacy impact assessment is completed first.
5. How long, and how it's protected
Contact and quote requests are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or ongoing contract applies. Encryption in transit, restricted access, multi-factor authentication and logging are part of our security measures.
Quote requests and project questionnaires
When you request a quote or complete our project questionnaire, we collect the information you choose to share: name and contact details, business, city or region, services of interest, project description, questionnaire answers (including information about your tools and technology environment, if you provide it), communication preferences and files you voluntarily attach.
This information is used only to process and review your request, prepare a recommendation or proposal, contact you about it, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations. It is never used to automatically sign you up for marketing communications. You don't have to complete the detailed questionnaire: the “I'd rather be contacted” option only uses your basic information.
Please never send passwords, API keys, authentication codes, payment card numbers or other secrets through a quote form.
Answers and files are kept in a private space: files are never public and can only be viewed through temporary links. Only authorized administrators can access them, with mandatory two-step verification. A request that was started but never sent is automatically deleted, along with its files, after 30 days without activity. Our technology providers (hosting and database platform, transactional email service) process this information only on our behalf.
6. Your rights
- See what we hold about you.
- Ask for a correction or deletion.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Get a portable copy of your computerized data.
- File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
7. Reach out about this
A question or request about your personal information? Write to our personal information protection officer: [email protected]. We respond within a maximum of 30 days.
8. If something goes wrong
If a privacy incident presents a risk of serious harm, we notify affected individuals and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and log the incident in a register, as required by Law 25.
